Blinded by Delight thanks you for your recent purchase. Part of our promise to you is that we will be here to assist if you ever need warranty support or future repairs for your window coverings. Like any product that is used on a daily basis, some parts or components will wear over time. Our brands offer warranty coverage on most lifting system components, like strings, cords and some internal parts, for up to 7 years, depending on the brand and type of product.

Hunter Douglas, and other vendors, offer lifetime or limited lifetime coverage for the integrity of their products (outside of those parts mentioned above). Motorization parts and accessories are generally covered for 5 years. Natural wear and tear is not covered, nor are the effects of environmental damages.

If you experience a problem within the first year following installation, you are completely covered! We will assess the problem and facilitate warranty support for you. After the first year of ownership, we do charge a fee to cover our time and expertise if we need to come to your home. Some issues may be handled without a site visit, and we will help as much as possible without incurring a charge.

This makes your warranty cover much simpler in the future! The Registration Code should be left with you at install, or our office can provide the order # for you.
